Cancellation Policy

Did something come up and you need to change the time or day of your appointment? No problem! Just text or call us and we would be happy to accommodate your busy schedule. We just ask that you give us some time to adjust ours. If you cancel or change your visit within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment we’ll charge your card on file and issue you a credit that you can redeem for future service. Same day cancellations negatively affect our certified cleaning professionals, so if you cancel the same day we’ll need to apply a 50% charge. Any cancellations within 2 hours of your scheduled appointment or no-shows will result in a charge of the full visit price. Please note that we are not in the office on Sundays. Any Saturday night and Sunday messages or emails will be treated as if it was received Monday morning at 9am.

We have the 24 Hour Guarantee- If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our recent services, simply call us within 24 hours and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Every year our prices undergo an adjustment based on factors in our country’s economy.
